Leveling Cynndell

Well, I haven't done much over the last couple weeks due to being out on vacation, but I did get a chance to push my Protection warrior to L78. Hopefully I will have the opportunity to get in those final two levels this weekend, but that will be dependent on how much I get to play.

I'm enjoying the warrior again, particularly once I got enraged regeneration. With it, I'm able to heal myself once every 3 minutes, which doesn't sound like a lot, but given how little damage I take while I'm out questing, it actually turns out to be plenty.

Since I'm not rostered for raiding at all this week (I'm riding the bench because the guild leader instituted a new rostering system while I was out on vacation, and I didn't get my "paperwork" done in time), I'm actually enjoying the time off a little. I have the chance to level up my alts and knock out some annoying profession things that have been bugging me.

Currently, Cynndell is questing in Storm Peaks. I'm deliberately avoiding Borean Tundra, Zul'Drak, Grizzly Hills, and Icecrown with her until after she hits L80. I'm doing it because currently, Cynndell is flying on a slow mount. A >VERY< slow mount. Honestly, I never thought an epic mount really mattered all that much until I went from leveling my hunter (who has her epic mount), back to the warrior (who does not). I'm terribly slow now and I literally want to scream at the computer when a quest takes me to the other side of a zone.

So I'm saving Icecrown to do when I'm L80 purely from a monatary standpoint. From what I remember from doing it with Gell (not at L80), there are a TON of quests there, so I should make a bunch of money from that. I'm currently hanging around 1k gold, and I figure if I hit 80 and do Icecrown without spending any money on anything else, I should hit 5k gold from the quests there. And if not, I can always head back and run through Grizzly Hills/Zul'Drak.

We will see. Anyway, I've got to hit L80 first, so I'm going to be planted in Storm Peaks for a while. I never really finished all the quests there on Gell (other than the pre-quests for Sons of Hodir rep), so it's all pretty new to me, and that makes it pretty fun. At least I hope so.

My mission for the next few weeks (months) is to work on my epic flyer (since you're never around to instance with you server TRAITOR!)

What?
